31. Feeling Overworked and Overlooked?

Today I'm discussing a topic that I know so many women have dealt with in their careers across varied industries. Too many women have expressed the feeling that they have been putting in a lot of work and effort, but have not even scratched the surface of being seen or recognized as an authority figure in their industry.

Maybe you've taken the courses...

You've earned the degrees...

And committed yourself to the process...

But you still have not gained the real traction that you're looking for! 

We all need to have faith that we can achieve our goals and our dreams, but it's lazy to think that faith will be the only thing to get us there. We have to partner action with our faith in order to see the progress that we desire! We also have to be able to change with change! Industries move quickly and you have to be able to evolve, pivot and be challenged with the changes as they present themselves. Spending your time implementing an old approach to confront a new challenge will leave you....overworked and overlooked!
