Getting Out of the Grinding Cycle

What would you think if someone gave you an opportunity and described it as crushing, crumbling, hard, tedious work that will reduce you and wear you down? Would you take it? The fact is, if you took the opportunity, you’d be getting yourself into a grinding cycle.

Our society glorifies grinding without knowing that, in the long run, it does more harm than good. Grinding doesn’t lead to better productivity. It doesn’t lead to more opportunities and gets this. It doesn’t secure a seat at the top for you. Grinding leads to burnout, exhaustion, emotional fatigue, depression, anxiety, and bad habits that lead to addiction.

In this episode, I will share three reasons we get into the grinding cycle. Also, I will share some actionable tips that you can use to exit the grinding cycle.
